Part V

To end the World War I internet tour, please click on the following link to view some of the art of the German artist, Otto Dix. Even though the titles in the table of contents are in German, when you click one of the titles, you will find the descriptions in English. Please notice the themes of the paintings, the images, and the titles. Dix is part of the Dada movement, one that focuses on irrational and subconscious images. This movement will influence surrealists like the Belgian, Rene Magritte and the Spaniard, Salvador Dali.
